A Letter to Prospective Sponsors
Dear (prospective sponsor),
The Upper Cumberland Bigfoot Festival will be back for its third year in 2023! This family-friendly festival was created out of a desire to have a fun and quirky event to raise money for nonprofits. To date, we have given nearly $14,000 to nonprofits!
Last year’s festival attracted more than 9,000 people! We expect this year’s festival to be even bigger and better!
We are excited to announce that money raised at this year’s festival will benefit our local veterans! Proceeds will go to Creative Compassion’s Veterans Assistance Program and to the Cumberland County Veterans Assistance Council. Both organizations work hard to serve our local veterans with various needs that they may have.
Our celebrity talent for the festival will be the cast of Mountain Monsters from the Travel Channel. We’ll also be joined by Bigfoot expert Cliff Barackman. These gentlemen are a huge hit! Festival goers can get autographs and have their pictures taken with the celebrities.
The festival will be full of entertainment! The Bigfoot calling contest, mullet contest, tree knocking contest, and more ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy! The Kids on the Rise kids’ zone will be back by popular demand, as well!

It’s a BIG win for all! If you decide to be a sponsor, I will do my best to make sure you get the most out of your sponsorship!
